By using this website, contacting Nota Problem Notary & Bookkeeping Solutions, scheduling an appointment, or requesting notary signing agent, loan signing agent, or bookkeeping services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Nota Problem Notary & Bookkeeping Solutions may provide mobile notary services, loan signing appointment support, and bookkeeping services. Service availability depends on scheduling, location, document readiness, identification requirements, signer willingness and awareness, bookkeeping scope, software access, and applicable legal or professional requirements.

Notary and loan signing limitations

Notary and loan signing services are not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, real estate advice, or lending advice. We cannot explain legal rights, prepare legal documents, select notarial wording for you, or advise whether a document is appropriate. Signers are responsible for understanding their documents before signing.

Valid identification, signer presence, willingness, and awareness are required. A notarization or signing appointment may be refused or stopped if legal requirements are not met, the signer appears unwilling or unaware, documents are incomplete, fraud is suspected, required witnesses are missing, or conditions are unsafe.

Bookkeeping limitations

Bookkeeping services may include organizing records, categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and cleanup support. Bookkeeping services are not legal, tax, audit, investment, or financial planning advice unless separately agreed in writing with a properly licensed professional. Clients remain responsible for reviewing records and making final business decisions.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, complete documents, timely access to records or software, required identification, appointment details, and any information needed to perform the requested service. You are responsible for protecting sensitive information and sending documents through appropriate secure methods when needed.

Appointments, travel, and cancellations

Appointment availability, travel fees, wait time, printing, scan-back, shipping, rush service, and cancellation terms should be confirmed before service. Same-day and after-hours appointments may be available by appointment.

Fees and payment

Fees may vary based on service type, location, urgency, document package size, printing, scan-backs, bookkeeping scope, cleanup complexity, or recurring service terms. In-person notarizations start at $15 plus travel fees per notarization/stamp, remote online notarization is $25 per RON, loan signing is $150 flat, consultation and book review are paid upfront, cleanup projects require 50% upfront, and monthly bookkeeping is priced individually after review.
